Final countdown to the international oil and gas exhibition Petroleum Istanbul 2023 where Incab is taking part as a member of the Perm Region delegation.
Petroleum Istanbul is held every 2-3 years. The purpose of the exhibition is to provide a platform for international and national companies in the sector to demonstrate technological developments, equipment and services, develop the region’s business potential, and promote their products.
Incab is happy to present the latest developments of specialty cables for the oil and gas industry, in particular geophysical cables and cables for monitoring wells and extended objects.
Petroleum Istanbul will be held at Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center.

At the end of 2022, we did a little survey among our employees at Incab.
The question was, “What is a miracle for you?” and we asked for an example. It turned out that Incabians assume miracles as fairly simple things: the birth of a granddaughter, a stable job, a good relationship with colleagues, etc. Some kind of non-magical miracles, let’s say 🙂 But this is only at first glance.

When a year starts with uplifting events, it holds out hopes of a great year ahead. And that’s what Incab’s January 2022 was!
First of all, Robert Wilk, a managing director of Emcab, along with Marian Rus, Alexander Wiebe, and Jan Čeněk, Emcab sales team, could finally make it to Perm! The heart-warming atmosphere of a long-awaited reunion with smiles, laughter, and many minutes of business-related talks was what we all needed as a great start to the year.
Secondly, it’s already becoming a tradition to get together with Emcab and Emtelle at the beginning of the year. In this past January we again had a productive online meeting which left us all with the feeling that we are ready for all the challenges of 2022 because we are embraced by the inspiring support of an awesome global team!
We truly appreciate Incab’s amazing January events and meetings and we are looking forward to what the future holds!
Light travels down fiber optic cables to keep us connected. We literally communicate with light, no matter what distance may lie between us. We are all connected by a network of light.
Philosophically, it reaches us when we come across people with light inside, light-driven actions and intentions. And one of the human life purposes might be making one’s own way to light, letting one’s inner light out, bringing it to earth through ideas, feelings, and deeds. To light or not to light? It’s our everyday choice.
It is believed Confucius once said that it is better to light one small candle than to curse the darkness. We think the same.

2021 has been a milestone at Incab in terms of global digital transformation.
It is the year when we announced the transition to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud ERP system and the integration testing is currently in its full swing!
For Incab, as an optical cable manufacturer, successful digital transformation would not be possible without innovations in one of the most complex areas – engineering and design of cable constructions, that is why the automation of designs creation is a number one task and a primary focus.
The plant has successfully implemented CableBuilder to achieve the strategic goals. This software solution allows to speed up design calculation processes, standardize and improve the product documentation, resulting in a better customer service and experience.
The project was conducted jointly with the company InnoVites from the start of 2021. Since Incab went live with CableBuilder, the processes of designs creation have qualitatively improved, the time for datasheets generation has significantly reduced and the risk of human errors has been eliminated.

It helps us to centrally manage the product data, keeping the engineering process at a high-quality level and making it more consistent. The InnoVites team facilitated a smooth and rapid implementation of the software. They are well versed in the industry, which helped us to make informed decisions during implementation and complete the project on time while keeping within the project’s scope, budget, and time.”

The plant is turning 14. In terms of human age, it has entered its teenage years, the time for a growth spurt, readiness to overcome crises and a bold look into the future.
