The new production site is open

On November 7, 2014 new production site of Incab was launched.
Our most respected clients and partners participated in that event.

“Launching a new plant is an extremely important event. I hope it will have a good luck. May all the people who work here find the opportunities for professional self-realisation. And I hope that the budget of Perm region will benefit from Incab tax payments”, said Olga Golodets, Deputy Prime Minister.

“The idea of establishing high-tech company was discussed two years ago at a meeting of Vladimir Putin with governors and members of Parliament”. Within this short period, a new plant was constructed, that will work for both home and foreign markets. It will satisfy the needs of all leading telecom companies of the region”, said Victor Basargin, the governor of Perm region.

The new site will make it possible for us to produce up to 6500 km of optical cable per month by 2016, and also start manufacturing of the new product – optical cable built in overhead protection cable, meant for installation on power lines of 35 kV and more.

“There has only been one Russian manufacturer of optical cable built in overhead protection, and about 50% of home market is occupied by foreign products. Import substitution is one of the key tasks for Incab. We are planning to occupy 30% of the home market by 2016”, says Alexander Smilgevich, CEO of Incab.
