Incab has officially come of age — we are turning 18! This milestone marks not only years of growth and development but also the incredible people who have shaped our company along the way.
In honor of this special occasion, we held our traditional plant-wide morning meeting — a cherished moment when the night shift finishes work, the day shift begins, and everyone gathers together to celebrate.
The event was filled with warm wishes, laughter, and heartfelt speeches. Of course, no birthday is complete without a cake — and ours was shared by everyone!
A special highlight of the day was recognizing our colleagues who have been with Incab for more than 10 years. Your dedication and commitment are the foundation of our success and a true source of pride for all of us.
The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and full of unity — a reminder of the strong team spirit that defines Incab.
