On April 1, Incab held a professional skills contest for its quality inspectors!!!
The inspectors, all ladies, had to perform the tasks they do on a daily basis during cable inspection:
— find non-compliances in the normative documents, passports and labels for the manufactured cable lengths,
— check twisted cable pieces against the clock based on the step-by-step process chart,
— resolve non-standard situations which may occur during the inspection of the optical tube.
Our ladies were a bit anxious, yet they managed to pass all the tests and show excellent competence levels!!!
