The annual Incab summer picnic once again proved to be a vibrant, joyful, and truly heartfelt event, bringing together employees, their families, and friends in a day of connection, creativity, and celebration.
From the start, the atmosphere was filled with warm conversations and cheerful energy. Guests were invited to tour our production facilities – a rare opportunity to see the factory from the inside and feel a deeper connection to our shared mission. Many took part with curiosity and appreciation, gaining a new perspective on the scale and precision of our operations.
On the picnic grounds, creativity was in full swing. Interactive workshops offered something for everyone – guests crafted bracelets and keychains, blended personalized herbal teas, and added their own fragrant touches. A clear crowd favorite was the bike-powered smoothie station, where participants could mix up a delicious smoothie just by pedaling.
Entertainment options were as diverse as our guests: Frisbee, badminton, volleyball, soccer, kite flying, chalk art, and even a giant target game kept spirits high and energy flowing throughout the day. The picnic area buzzed with activity, laughter, and moments of discovery – there truly was something for everyone.
One of the day’s highlights was a pair of musical performances by talented factory employees. Their sincere and soulful acts added a personal, memorable touch to the celebration. Another standout was the team relay – not a race of speed, but one of wit, humor, and teamwork, perfectly capturing the spirit of Incab.
As the day wound down, we gathered for the traditional prize draw and the whimsical launch of paper airplanes carrying written wishes. Messages ranged from “good luck around the corner” to “a new meeting” and “a flow of money,” sending everyone’s hopes into the sky with a smile.
To everyone who joined us: thank you. Your presence helped make this day a truly special one. Together, we created memories that will last well beyond the summer!
