On August 12, the closing ceremony of Worldskills Russia – a competition held around the world to promote skills excellence and development – took place in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Nikita Ovsyannikov, a student of Perm Radio Engineering College, was second in the category “Information Cable Networks”.
