Incab Holding Completed IPO Successfully

PJSC Incab Holding (ticker: INCB), the largest developer and manufacturer of fibre optic and specialty cables in Russia and the CIS, has successfully completed its initial public offering. The offer price was set at RUB 100 per share which, given the number of shares sold — 20,386,502 — corresponds to a post-money capitalisation of more than RUB 10 billion. The offering was arranged by the investment company Uniservice Capital. The total size of the IPO amounted to RUB 2,038,650,200, including a block of 1,800,000 shares reserved for possible stabilisation in secondary trading, or 8.8% of the amount raised. Through the IPO, PJSC Incab Holding brought more than 1,450 new shareholders into its capital. The largest group by number were individual retail investors, alongside three institutional investors, while the bulk of demand came from large private professional investors. Following the IPO, the free float will represent 20.31% of the company’s share capital, excluding the results of any stabilisation. Trading in PJSC Incab Holding shares on the Moscow Exchange begins today, 24 June 2026, at 16:00 Moscow time, under the ticker INCB and ISIN RU000A10CL72. The shares have been admitted to Tier 3 of the List of Securities admitted to organised trading on PJSC Moscow Exchange. Inclusion in the Innovation and Investment Market sector is expected in the coming days. All further information on the results of the IPO is available on the company’s page on the Interfax Corporate Information Disclosure Centre website. Alexander Smilgevich, CEO of PJSC Incab Holding, commented on the outcome of the offering: “We came to the exchange at a moment when the stock market is offering little in the way of good news — rather the opposite. But that is the best test of quality: we were able to carry out what we had planned in the current circumstances, without cancelling or postponing the IPO. It matters to us that our shareholders come from different groups of investors united by one thing: they took our financial model apart down to the last screw and saw how we convert our production capacity and our potential into revenue and net profit. We managed to get our message across to the market: all the commitments I took on under the shareholders’ agreement are not a formality but our way of saying ‘we are in the same boat’. We have assumed public obligations and will report on every stage of delivering the strategy we have announced.”
